Meet Lady, she is a 16 month old girl whose family had to surrender her due to there health issues. She is a healthy girl and a love bug who wants to be with her humans. She does not want to share anything with dogs and does not like living with dogs she will tolerate them on a walk or visiting friends, but does not want to live with or share anything with them. So we will not adopt out to someone with a dog, we are not sure of cats so we are saying no to thats as well. PLease remember she is a huge LOVE and so wants to love and be loved. She is in heat right now so will not be able to go to her forever home until she is spayed, so you have time to get your application in and your interviews done
Meet Blue he is a 10 month old puppy, he was surrendered because the kids he lived with did not like him and locked him in the back yard and the mom felt that was not far to this sweet boy. He needs to learn everything, from potty training to walks on a leash and basic commands. He is looking to become a part of your family live inside and learn everything he can to fit in. He will be a huge guy and is already showing some growing pains. So someone will need to keep an eye on him and his activity. He loves everyone but cats so no cats in his future. We need to get him neutered and his eyes checked for inverted eye lids and won't be able to go until all is healed
Meet Apollo, he is a 4 yr old male who is a pretty laid back guy as you can see. He lived with another Newf and 2 Goldens in his first home. He’s a bit of an escape artist and liked to play with his neighbors (baby calfs) that did not go so well, so he was relinquished to a local rescue. In that forever home/foster home, there were several other dogs including a little one. It was in that home that there was an issue of food aggression and here we are, we have him now (Poor guy so many homes in such a little time). So we think he is great as a single dog, but we also think with some training and a dog his size and during dinner time they will need to be monitored and separate until trusted.
George and Kona are a 3.5 year old bonded pair. George is the more confident of the pair while Kona is close behind. The two are very well-adjusted and happy dogs that are good with everyone and everything. They will bark at strangers while we're walking but they are all bark and no bite. They are house trained, sleep through the night and love to be right by your side. Both dogs are overweight now so their forever home would need to commit to a healthy diet and lots of exercise. George is a licker. 😀 They are great at the dog park and travel in the car well.
Well these 2 have been through a bunch with us, They both have had there knees done and now ready to find there forever home, Are you out there do you want a bonded pair who are tons of fun??? Please send in your application
